Prism Hub · Effective July 26, 2026
The short version: we collect almost nothing, we sell exactly nothing, and we are not interested in your data beyond running your leagues. Here is the whole deal, in human words.
No passwords, on purpose
We do not want your password because that is not who we are. You give us your email, we send you a six digit code, you are in. Nothing to invent, nothing to reuse, nothing to leak. No phone number either. Ever.
What we actually collect
Three things. Your email, so we can send you that code and know which account is yours. Your team name, which you picked and your leaguemates can see. And your league stuff: names, settings, who is in, and how much game money everyone has. That is the whole list. No payment info, because everything here is free.
What we do with it
Sign you in. Run your leagues. Show your team name to the people you are beating. That is it. We do not sell your info, we do not rent it, we do not do ads, and the only email we will ever send you is the code you literally just asked for.
Where it lives
Your data sits with Supabase, our database and sign in provider, locked down with row level security. That means the database itself refuses to show your data to anyone who is not in your leagues. The site runs on Vercel, and like basically every host on the internet, they keep standard server logs that can include IP addresses.
Cookies and trackers
Your sign in session is saved in your browser so you stay logged in between visits. That is the extent of it. No ad trackers. No third party analytics following you around the internet. Player photos and club crests load from their public sources, so your browser grabs those images directly from those servers.
Your data, your call
Sign out whenever you want from the Account page. Want your account gone? Ask, and we delete it. Want a copy of what we have on you? Ask, and we send it. No hoops, no guilt trips, no maze of are you sure screens.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. Delete it and your personal data comes out of the live database. One honest catch: things you shared with other people, like your team name in an old season standings table, can stick around in their leagues after you go.
The under 13 line (not about content)
Prism Hub is for everyone and nothing here needs a maturity rating. This section exists because a US privacy law called COPPA sets strict rules about collecting emails from children under 13. So accounts are for people 13 and up, we do not knowingly collect a younger child’s info, and if one made an account anyway, tell us and it is gone. That is the whole story.
No real money, no gambling
The banks, the budgets, the auction drama: all game currency, worth exactly zero real dollars. No wagers, no cash prizes, no buy ins. The only thing at stake here is pride.
If this ever changes
If we change how we handle data, this page changes first and the date up top moves. Big changes get called out on the site, not buried in fine print.
