We do not want your password because that is not who we are. You give us your email, we send you a six digit code, you are in. Nothing to invent, nothing to reuse, nothing to leak. No phone number either. Ever.

If you have an account: your email, so we can send you that code and know which account is yours. Your team name and your manager name, which you picked and your leaguemates can see. And your league stuff: names, settings, who is in, and each manager's auction budget. If you only joined the waitlist, it is your email, the sport you picked, where you sit in the queue, and the IP address you signed up from. That last one is not tracking: an open signup form with no account behind it is trivial to flood, and the address is what lets us rate limit and clean up a junk batch in one go. That is the whole list either way. No payment info, because everything here is free.

We are opening Prism Hub in waves, so there is a list you can join before you have an account. Joining stores your email, which sport you are here for, your spot in the queue, and a share code that moves you up when a friend signs up on it. Joining sends you nothing at all, which is deliberate: there is no confirmation mail and no welcome mail, so until your seat opens there is nothing to unsubscribe from. The form will not tell you your position either, and that is also deliberate. Answering where any address sits in the queue would let anyone type in a stranger and learn whether that person signed up, so we would rather show you nothing than answer that question about you. When your seat opens you get exactly one email, and it carries a one click unsubscribe that needs no account and no reply from us. We do not sell the list and we do not hand it to anyone.

Sign you in. Run your leagues. Show your team name to the people you are beating. That is it. We do not sell your info, we do not rent it, and we do not do ads. We will only ever email you three things: the sign in code you literally just asked for, news your own league commissioner sends through the app like auction night being set, and if you joined the waitlist, the one note saying your seat is open. No newsletter. No drip campaign.

Your data sits with Supabase, our database and sign in provider, locked down with row level security. That means the database itself refuses to show your data to anyone who is not in your leagues. The site runs on Vercel, and like basically every host on the internet, they keep standard server logs that can include IP addresses.

Your sign in session is saved in your browser so you stay logged in between visits. That is the extent of it. No ad trackers. No third party analytics following you around the internet. Player photos and club crests load from their public sources, so your browser grabs those images directly from those servers.

Sign out whenever you want from the Account page, and delete your account from the same place. It is a button, not a support ticket: your profile, squads, bids, trades and draft history go, you come off every league you joined, and your email comes off every list we keep. Leagues you run pass to the longest serving manager so nobody else loses their season, and a league with nobody else in it is deleted with you. Want off the waitlist? Every invite carries a one click unsubscribe. Want a copy of what we have on you? Email contact@prismhubhq.com and we send it. No hoops, no guilt trips, no maze of are you sure screens.

Account data sticks around as long as you have an account. Delete it and your personal data comes straight out of the live database, in the moment, not on a queue. Waitlist entries stay until you get your invite or until you unsubscribe, and we clear out anyone who never claimed a seat once the beta is over. One honest catch: a lot you nominated in a league you did not run is part of that auction, so the lot survives your account and moves to whoever runs that league. It carries no name of yours once you are gone.

Prism Hub is for everyone and nothing here needs a maturity rating. This section exists because a US privacy law called COPPA sets strict rules about collecting emails from children under 13. So accounts and the waitlist are both for people 13 and up, we do not knowingly collect a younger child’s info either way, and if one signed up anyway, tell us and it is gone. That is the whole story.

The budgets, the bids, the auction drama: all part of the game. Bragging rights only.

If we change how we handle data, this page changes first and the date up top moves. Big changes get called out on the site, not buried in fine print.
